8. Course Policies

Payments and Refunds

Full payment is required to confirm your enrollment in our courses. If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original course start date. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Course Materials

All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Public Speaking Mastery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
